The HEAL Wellness Platform app for iPhone and iPad

The HEAL Wellness Platform is a corporate wellness app where companies can run engaging team-based challenges, and employees can receive helpful and actionable content such as workouts, meditations, and recipes from a range of health experts. This is not a fad program or diet. We utilize simple yet effective holistic daily tasks to help participants progressively build habits over time.

After participants complete their challenges, they can check them off in the app and watch their scores update and see their progress over time. There’s a leaderboard where they can see how they are doing in relation to their colleagues and compete for prizes. There is also a helpful goals section for additional personal accountability. As part of the program, employees receive meal plans, workouts, and have access to a team of nutritionists for additional support and guidance.
